Job Summary: Provides engineering support by validating routing changes are accurate and completed in a timely manner. Work closely with all team members in the Engineering and Continuous Improvement departments to pull data from Tableau to generate data sets, project tools, and visual management aids to support projects.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Updating manufacturing routings to ensure bill of material, process steps, and primary routings are correct and maintained
  • Works with internal customers to determine report requirements, metrics and dashboards as required
  • Works with cross functional team to review and approve BI reports for upper management
  • Maintains product and company reputation by complying with API and ISO regulations
  • Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or a Health Safety and Environmental team member
  • Participates in proactive teams to achieve departmental and company goals
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years' experience in data analyst or related field
  • Proven problem-solving ability
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Tableau experience required
  • Computer and MS Office knowledge and skills
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral or diagram form
  • Must have valid driver's license and clean MVR
  • Must pass background check and drug screen

  • Repetitive use of hands
  • Extended standing or walking for extended periods
  • Lifting, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs.

Travel:

  • Required as needed
